The location is near Nakajimakoen Station, which is a 3-minute walk away. Exit 1 if you have luggage. It is next to Nakajima Park. Two Lawson stores are nearby, a convenience store where you can grab quick food or drinks. The Susukino area is a 10-15-minute walk, and Oodori Park is a 20-minute walk. When I googled it, it mentioned that a bus stand from or to the airport is also nearby, but I am not really sure, so we opted for the train. Self-check-in is easy and convenient. They provide a password to enter the building after 11 p.m., so it is safe.

The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was very nice. The hotel is at the perfect location, so close to everything in the city if you want to see the snow festival. The only little flaw was that the room smelled bad when we entered first. We opened the windows but the smell seemed to be in the walls or carpet or something. It was ignorable tho and there was no bad smell in the bed sheets and bathroom so the room seemed clean. Overall it was a very nice stay and there is a lot of good restaurants around the hotel.

Hotel was very close to metro stop. Also very well located, easy walk to odori park. The room was nice, but a bit dated. Bathroom was decent sized. The hotel, and the room are very clean. They provide a hot water dispenser, which was very cool to use to make coffee and have hot water. We were there in winter and the room is well heated, but they do provide a space heater if additional heat is needed. Very helpful to warm feet up when coming back into the room

The staffs were really helpful n friendly. Also always a smile. There is 1 particular staff that was I really like, he tries his best to speak up English with me n helping me with direction etc. I didn't have his name but will always remember his face 🤣. The bus from airport stops directly n that is really convenient, besides left n right they have Lawson. 😊

It is actually clean despite the outdated interior, everything was still very clean, additional amenities are provided upon checking-in at the lobby (including a heater should you think your room is a bit cold). Checking in was smooth, the hotel is located near to the metro station (less than 5 mins walk) - would definitely recommend for those staying in Sapporo.
